Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy Desk

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join Reed’s high‑performing Accountancy desk in Crawley. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to recruitment who are eager to develop a career in the finance talent market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle – from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement.
• Utilise job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, adverts and referrals to attract top finance talent.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients across Sussex, visiting them regularly to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to drive branch success and expand the temporary market.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone for sales activities.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques or existing confidence in sales.
• Resilience, determination and a strong desire to succeed.
