Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy Market

About the role

We are seeking a confident Recruitment Consultant to join our Accountancy & Professional Services division. You will support a busy desk handling live vacancies across the UK, working with an established client base rather than building a portfolio from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume pipeline of accountancy roles nationwide.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Assess CVs, match talent to client requirements and accelerate delivery speed.
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Confident telephone communicator comfortable speaking to candidates at all levels.
• Highly capable of sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Skilled at spotting strong CVs and understanding client needs.
• Organised, driven and resilient in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
