Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level (Dental Nurse Apprenticeships)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our Apprenticeships department, supporting the growth of Dental Nurse Apprenticeship programmes. The role involves matching apprentices with dental practices and guiding both parties through the interview and placement process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client vacancy listings for dental practices.
• Contact apprentices and dental clients by phone to assess needs and suitability.
• Match apprentices to appropriate dental placements and arrange interviews.
• Oversee the full employment process, from interview coordination to enrolment.
• Negotiate and secure placement opportunities on behalf of apprentices.

Required profile

• Motivation to start a career in recruitment – no prior experience required.
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outgoing, personable, driven and ambitious attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑5 pm, Friday 8 am‑3 pm, based at our Romford head office.
