Recruitment Consultant – London & Essex

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London and Essex. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, build relationships with clients and candidates, and drive business growth in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Advertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from brief to offer and placement.
• Negotiate salaries, fees and employment offers.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a successful billing record.
• Demonstrated business development and account management abilities.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial (optional).
