Recruitment Consultant – Marketing Desk (Hybrid)

About the role

Reed Norwich is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a Marketing desk covering Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge. You will combine business development with candidate sourcing to match top‑tier talent with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive sales, outreach and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with employer clients.
• Create compelling job adverts, network and head‑hunt to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in sales/marketing with a strong track record of hitting targets.
• Confident, motivated and comfortable building relationships both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
