Recruitment Consultant – Premium Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

KGC Talent is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its boutique consultancy focused on premium fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to London for client or team meetings, and involves managing the full recruitment cycle for head‑office positions across a portfolio of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and contract roles, from manager to executive level, within premium fashion and lifestyle organisations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of assignments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, movements and news across fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.
• Represent KGC Talent professionally in all interactions, delivering solutions‑focused service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle niche.
• Demonstrable billing and sales track record.
• Strong commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work remotely while staying connected with colleagues and clients.
• Based within one hour of London.
