Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer – Delivery Focused (Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our Talent Solutions Delivery Centre in Bristol. The position is delivery‑focused, allowing you to concentrate on sourcing and managing high‑calibre candidates while senior consultants handle new‑business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and attract high‑quality candidates for temporary and permanent roles across multiple sectors and locations.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact through placement, including screening, competency interviews and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, producing shortlists and market insights for hiring managers.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and proactive search techniques to uncover talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback and ensure compliance with record‑keeping standards.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and managers to meet delivery targets.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house talent acquisition environment.
• Proven ability to source candidates for professional, specialist or senior‑level positions.
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
