About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Laindon. This full‑time position combines sales expertise with talent acquisition, offering unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with client companies.
• Interview, qualify and source candidates for open vacancies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from advertising roles to placement.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident, motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
