Recruitment Consultant – Temporary (London)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Recruitment Consultant to join our London team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing high‑quality candidates across a variety of roles while maintaining excellent service standards for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone or virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability for open vacancies.
• Match qualified candidates to client requirements and build a strong pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit suitable applicants to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s recruitment system.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise workloads.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, target‑driven and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using recruitment software.
