Recruitment Resourcer – Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our specialist team in Cheadle. You will focus on uncovering hidden talent across the print, packaging and signage sectors, building lasting relationships rather than simply forwarding CVs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our internal database and other social channels.
• Conduct thorough phone interviews to understand candidates' career aspirations and current status.
• Collaborate with the hiring managers, Matt and Nathan, on active vacancies and develop talent pools for future needs.
• Create and execute creative outreach campaigns, including video, email and social media content.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the CRM.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and a comfortable phone presence.
• Resilient and able to handle non‑responses or delayed interest.
• Genuine curiosity about people’s career goals and a commitment to follow‑through.
• Previous experience in recruitment, B2B sales, account management or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using email marketing tools for outreach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
