Regional IT Support Analyst – Hybrid (Maidstone)

About the role

The Regional IT Support Analyst will ensure employees receive prompt, accurate assistance with everyday IT services and systems. Working in a hybrid model, the role combines desk‑based support with occasional travel to other offices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical issues, delivering customer‑focused support.
• Configure and prepare laptops and related equipment for new starters.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account provisioning and equipment allocation.
• Operate the regional IT helpdesk, assisting staff with corporate IT systems and services.
• Investigate issues independently, identify effective solutions, and maintain a positive approach.
• Handle selected non‑technical administrative tasks to keep IT operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

Required profile

• Organised, analytical and strong at troubleshooting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to assess and prioritise support cases.
• Clear communication skills, able to explain technical issues in business terms.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
