Reinsurance Pricing Actuary – London

About the role

This position sits within a leading global reinsurance broker’s London analytics team, focusing on pricing and risk analysis for a fast‑growing Programs/MGA portfolio. You will work directly with brokers and clients, providing pricing insight that influences deal execution across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive pricing and risk analysis for diverse casualty and property program business.
• Build, enhance, and challenge pricing models across casualty/property lines.
• Deliver portfolio and market insights, including pricing trends, inflation effects, and rate changes.
• Clearly communicate model outputs, assumptions, and limitations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and data teams to influence placement outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and team capability.

Required profile

• Actuarial qualification (e.g., ACAS, ASA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in reinsurance pricing, preferably within casualty/property lines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical results to non‑technical audiences.
