Remote People Change Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People Change Specialist to lead and support complex organisational change programmes on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on business transformation, restructuring and consultative activity, working closely with HR teams to deliver fair, compliant and people‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale change programmes and restructuring projects.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to design and implement people‑focused change strategies.
• Advise on employment law, employee relations and consultation processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including trade unions and employee representative bodies.
• Facilitate collective consultation, employee elections and trade‑union engagement.
• Provide coaching, knowledge sharing and guidance throughout the change lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering organisational change in large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations and consultation processes.
• Excellent influencing, judgement and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive, high‑impact initiatives end‑to‑end.
