Remote Property Adjuster (South East England)

About the role

We are looking for a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work remotely and manage a portfolio of domestic property losses across the South East of England. You will handle claims up to £100,000 from initial report through to final settlement, providing professional support to policy‑holders.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle a mixed caseload of property claims on a cradle‑to‑grave basis.
• Investigate each loss, establish facts, verify policy details and determine liability.
• Communicate findings and resolutions clearly to clients and insurers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work independently while meeting service level agreements and quality targets.

Required profile

• Certification: CILA (Certificate) or Dip CILA (Diploma) required.
• Experience handling domestic property losses up to £100,000.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively across the South East region.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
