Rental Sales Executive - Car Rental

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Rental Sales Executive for its car rental business at Heathrow Airport (T2, T3, T4). You will work in a fast-paced environment, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and promote the extra products and services that suit each person's needs. The role is full time, permanent, with a rotational shift pattern Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the full rental experience, from vehicle preparation and customer interaction to handling returns
• Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
• Acting as a brand ambassador and positively promoting products and services
• Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales

Required profile

• Proven sales experience of at least 1 year in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated consistency in one organisation
• Full valid UK driving licence with a minimum of 12 months' experience (preferable)
• Excellent communication skills, team-player spirit and a friendly, positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to work flexibly, as the role is annualised hours based, and to take on a variety of different tasks
