Resident Inclusion Officer

About the role

The Resident Inclusion Officer will work within Arlington House in Camden to enhance access to activities, employment and training for residents. This six‑month fixed‑term position focuses on building inclusive pathways and fostering community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a consistent approach to improve residents’ access to meaningful activities, employment and training.
• Create and support peer‑support programmes that increase resident participation.
• Collaborate closely with Arlington support staff and the HCS Customer Partnerships Manager to integrate internal and external opportunities for residents.
• Lead resident consultation and focus groups to gather needs and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused services that provide value for money.
• Experience working with front‑line operational teams and leading resident or customer consultation initiatives.
• Strong ability to understand resident needs and build positive relationships with tenants, representatives, stakeholders and partners.
