Residential Sales Consultant

About the role

Join a leading national property group as a Residential Sales Consultant in Crewe. You will help grow the property register, win new instructions and support the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit while delivering first‑class client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities, advertise properties and arrange viewings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets and introduce new business through local networking.
• Act as the communication link between client and vendor, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Prepare accurate property details, maintain data entry and manage the sale from viewing to close.
• Support branch management with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record.
• Experience in listing and/or valuation.
• Strong sales ability, high level of customer service and a positive telephone manner.
• Self‑starter with tenacity, negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
