Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Generate new business opportunities and win instructions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Stay up to date with local market trends.

Required profile

• Confident, professional, and enthusiastic communicator.
• Target‑driven with an ambitious mindset.
• Passion for property and exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of the Oxted and/or Caterham areas preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
