Residential Sales Valuer

About the role

The Residential Sales Valuer will grow the property register by winning new instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximise branch profit. You will build strong client relationships and deliver a first‑class experience in a target‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities
• Carry out property valuations and advertise properties
• Arrange viewings, register applicants and manage the sales process from viewing to close
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Network locally to generate new business and build alliances
• Maintain accurate property data and ensure proper data entry
• Support branch management with ad‑hoc tasks

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record
• Experience in listing and/or valuation
• Strong sales ability and high level of customer service
• Excellent telephone manner, positive attitude and negotiation skills
• Self‑starter with tenacity and ability to build trusted relationships
