Residential Surveyor – Canterbury

About the role

Connells Survey & Valuation is seeking experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors to join its Canterbury team. The role involves conducting mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 property surveys, delivering accurate reports for lenders and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards and Connells’ quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed and reliable valuation and survey reports.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Manage diary and workload independently, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Required profile

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification.
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys (training provided if needed).
• Willingness to undertake additional training.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality surveys and valuations.
