Residential Surveyor – Flexible Remote & On‑Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice serving the Chippenham area. The role offers the flexibility of remote working combined with a manageable local patch, and can be taken on a full‑time or part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and Level 1 & Level 2 private home surveys.
• Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market‑leading technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Meet personal income and productivity targets.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Surveyor.
• AssocRICS qualification or higher preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential surveys and valuation reports.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
