Residential Surveyor – Remote, Fixed Lancashire Area

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying organisation, delivering residential valuation reports and home surveys across a fixed area in Lancashire while enjoying remote, home‑based working.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys within the designated Lancashire area.
• Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market‑leading technology.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet productivity and service standards.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher, or qualified through SAVA.
• Newly qualified surveyors are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports is preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
