Residential Surveyor – Remote, £45‑60k + Commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a multi‑disciplinary property practice that operates across residential and commercial sectors. The position offers the flexibility of remote working, with the choice of full‑time or part‑time hours, and a supportive culture focused on professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 property surveys (training provided if required).
• Prepare Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys.
• Manage private and panel work assignments.
• Liaise with the central hub to schedule appointments and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher, with Registered Valuer status.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate report writing.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
