Residential Surveyor – Remote, £50‑60k + OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a leading surveying firm serving South London. The role offers remote working, strong earning potential and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London.
• Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Perform Red Book valuations.
• Produce accurate, professional reports in line with RICS standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout inspections and reporting.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification.
• Experience delivering RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, organised and customer‑focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• RICS Level 2 Home Survey methodology.
• RICS Level 3 Building Survey methodology.
• Red Book valuation techniques.
• Industry‑leading report writing software.
