Residential Surveyor – Remote, Tyne & Wear

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice covering the Tyne and Wear area. The role offers the flexibility of remote working while you manage a fixed geographical portfolio and deliver high‑quality valuation and survey reports.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and Level 1 & 2 home surveys.
• Produce accurate survey reports using market‑leading technology.
• Meet personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit.
• Manage a fixed geographical work area efficiently.
• Attend regional meetings and stay updated on industry developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
