Restaurant Team Member – Guest Service Role

About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will work alongside kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery, especially during busy periods.
• Stay informed about the menu, daily specials and promotions to answer guest queries and make recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast‑food or customer‑service role is a plus but not mandatory.
