About the role
We are looking for a Retail Development Manager to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning retailer operating across Edinburgh and Glasgow. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position will focus on helping our customers achieve their business objectives and drive store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Grow and develop client stores, increasing sales and market presence.
- Continuously liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability and promotional support.
- Regularly visit customers, retailers and clients to promote services, advise on offers and gather feedback.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and target‑driven with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude.
