About the role

We are looking for a Retail Development Manager to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning retailer operating across Edinburgh and Glasgow. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position will focus on helping our customers achieve their business objectives and drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers.
Grow and develop client stores, increasing sales and market presence.
Continuously liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability and promotional support.
Regularly visit customers, retailers and clients to promote services, advise on offers and gather feedback.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and target‑driven with a strong customer‑service orientation.
Excellent operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated, ambitious self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills
