About the role
The Roadfreight Coordinator will support the Operational Account Lead and the wider operations team in delivering reliable, high‑quality freight services. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and communicating shipments to ensure smooth movements and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments, demo movements and returns.
- Maintain full visibility of all movements and update customers on status.
- Create and manage bookings in internal systems and keep accurate records.
- Support planning and scheduling of collections and deliveries.
- Communicate with transport providers and internal teams following SOPs.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to senior team members.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday in an office environment.
