Sales Administrator

About the role

Join a well‑established estate agency as a Sales Administrator, supporting the full property sales process in a friendly, collaborative environment. You will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality property details and marketing materials.
• Manage day‑to‑day office administration, including telephone and email enquiries.
• Arrange property viewings and appointments.
• Support the sales progression process from offer agreement to completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to keep transactions moving.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT aptitude and quick learner of new systems.
• Previous sales progression experience (estate agency experience is a plus).
