About the role

ANINE BING is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team in Chelsea, London. The Sales Advisor (Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING, working with an in‑store sales team to drive sales through customer‑relationship selling and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers, both in‑store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build styling expertise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and drive sales through personal client outreach.
• Sell comfortably in‑store and virtually using technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space.
• Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• 1+ years of fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
• Experience in personal styling within a goal‑driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product.
