About the role

Join Footasylum’s White City store as a Sales Assistant, delivering a next‑level shopping experience for customers who love streetwear and sportswear.

Key responsibilities

• Create complete looks for customers, styling footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Drive sales, meet KPIs and build basket sizes.
• Maintain store visual standards, keep stock organized and ensure the environment is clean and fresh.
• Lead in‑store events, launch days, exclusive drops and styling sessions.

Required profile

• Outgoing, confident and approachable with a passion for sport and streetwear fashion.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on rotating shifts.
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to develop.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Ability to engage customers, ask smart questions and build relationships.
