Sales Development Representative (Remote, UK/EU)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. Its client is a well-established global B2B sales organization with a mature sales process and structured systems, looking to scale its sales team with SDRs who can contribute across the full sales cycle. The role is full-time, independent contractor and fully remote, supporting B2B sales across the UK and European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by call, email and sales engagement platforms
• Generate and qualify leads in the UK and EU markets
• Book meetings and support pipeline development
• Deliver high-quality client engagement and follow-up communication
• Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (Salesloft)
• Nurture existing client relationships and support account management
• Meet KPIs on activity, pipeline generation and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to closers and account managers

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in SDR, sales development or B2B sales
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to multitask, manage pipelines and stay organized
• Understanding of sales processes and client management
• Ability to work in UK/European time zones
• Preferred: IT, software or SaaS sales background; customer service or account management experience; exposure to process-driven sales environments
