Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agency

About the role

Join an award‑winning estate agency in Wanstead as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. You will work with a highly qualified team to deliver bespoke property services to buyers, tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties for sale and rent.
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to meet sales and lettings targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and tenants.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and property values.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lettings or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Salary £25,000 base with OTE £38,000‑£40,000.
• Company car.
• Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm, Saturday 9:30am‑4pm (5‑day week).
