Sales Lister – Property Listings Specialist

About the role

Join a leading estate agency as a Sales Lister, responsible for driving new business and ensuring properties are accurately valued and competitively priced. You will work closely with sellers and landlords to secure listings and support the agency’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Prepare and present professional property appraisals for potential sellers and landlords.
• Advise clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends.
• Conduct accurate property valuations to attract new listings.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the English property market and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an estate agency.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Resilient, positive, numerate, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Competent use of internet browsing and email systems.
