Sales Manager – Estate Agency Branch

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of a thriving estate agency branch in Southsea, Portsmouth. The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive profitability and ensure an exceptional customer journey for both vendors and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day performance, profitability and growth of the branch.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Conduct property valuations, secure new instructions and provide pricing and marketing advice.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local stakeholders.
• Generate new business, match buyers with suitable properties and oversee the customer journey.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies and operational procedures.
• Consistently achieve and exceed branch sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing or leading within an estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and driving property sales.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded, target‑driven and resilient.
• Full UK driving licence.
