Sales Manager – Estate Agency (Haywards Heath)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our estate agency team in Haywards Heath. This role is ideal for a current Valuer or Sales Manager who wants to expand their leadership responsibilities, develop their career, and contribute to a company that invests in its people.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and provide expert advice to customers throughout their property journey.
• Value properties accurately and present them to achieve optimal sale prices.
• Match properties with suitable buyers and nurture client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong networks with solicitors, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Identify new leads, generate business, and support branch growth.
• Assist the Branch Manager in motivating, managing, and developing the sales team.

Required profile

• Currently employed as a Valuer or Sales Manager within an estate agency.
• Proven ability to convert valuations into successful sales.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Natural leadership qualities with a passion for helping others succeed.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £25,000 plus guaranteed earnings for the first three months.
