Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Brentwood)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator (or Senior Sales Negotiator) to join our market‑leading independent estate agency in Brentwood. You will match buyers with suitable properties, negotiate offers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Progress sales through to completion
• Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
• Generate new business opportunities and win new instructions
• Collaborate with mortgage and lettings teams to maximise referrals
• Assist with property valuations and deliver outstanding vendor care

Required profile

• Experience in estate agency, sales, customer service or hospitality (estate agency experience essential for senior role)
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Professional, personable and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
