Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency (Staines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency in Staines. The role involves managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering excellent customer service and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage property listings, applicants and buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the local property market and current instructions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency.
• Excellent communication, telephone and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle; knowledge of Staines area is a plus.
