Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

Our client, an independent residential estate agency in Petersfield, is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy sales team. You will work in a dynamic environment, generating viewings, negotiating offers and guiding sales through to completion while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective buyers and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Progress agreed sales through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a sales/customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, well‑presented and self‑motivated.
• Positive attitude with a strong telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Petersfield and surrounding area is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
