Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a successful residential estate agency in Leigh‑on‑Sea. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building relationships with buyers and sellers and helping them through every stage of the property transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and match buyers with suitable homes.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to progress transactions.
• Generate new business through valuations, referrals and networking.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• At least 12 months’ experience in residential property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and commercially minded.
• Full UK driving licence.
