Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy residential sales team in Salisbury. You will work in a professional environment where excellent customer service and strong local market knowledge are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
• Generate new business through prospecting and relationship building.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to buyers and vendors.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and branch targets.

Required profile

• Confident, motivated and target‑driven individual.
• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales or a customer‑facing sales role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
