Sales Support Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Sales Support Administrator to join a busy sales team in Chertsey. The role provides essential administrative support to the sales function, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Prepare quotations and support Account Managers with customer requirements.
• Process customer and supplier orders using the CRM system.
• Manage returns and repairs.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain allocated customer accounts.
• Support customer meetings and help build strong client relationships.
• Assist with sales administration, reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure accurate record keeping using CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
