Sales Territory Manager (Medical Technology)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a results‑driven Sales Territory Manager to lead sales activities within an assigned UK/NI territory. You will leverage your technical sales expertise to grow new accounts and expand existing relationships, representing a leading medical‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for the designated territory.
• Identify, pursue, and qualify new sales leads while nurturing existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, presenting Enovis products and services in the best possible light.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Prepare and submit all required sales documentation and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical or medical‑device sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and expanding market presence.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate data and solve complex problems.
