Sales Valuer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a well‑established estate agency in Braintree. You will be responsible for delivering accurate property valuations, winning new instructions and supporting the sales process to help grow the branch’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.
• Win instructions and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors and internal departments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within a residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning valuation instructions.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑focused.
• Professional, personable and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.
