Sales Valuer / Lister – Residential Property Listings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a professional independent estate agency in Chigwell. The role focuses on generating new business, conducting accurate market appraisals and securing residential property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate valuation opportunities and win new instructions.
• Conduct accurate market appraisals for residential properties.
• List properties on the market and manage the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local area.
• Follow up valuations to secure instructions and exceed targets.
• Maintain a strong presence in the Chigwell marketplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister with a strong track record of winning instructions.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential property market.
• Confident, persuasive and professional communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, close business and work independently.
• Well‑presented, articulate and self‑motivated.
• Local knowledge of Chigwell preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
