Self‑Employed Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

Buchan and London Recruitment Ltd are seeking motivated recruitment consultants to work remotely on a self‑employed basis. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of UK clients, from sourcing candidates to closing placements, while enjoying complete flexibility over your working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates across multiple channels and job boards.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and present suitable talent.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of placed candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, placements, and billing.
• Utilise the agency’s administrative support, PA services, and accounting team to streamline your business operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment (any sector).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable phone and computer equipment for remote work.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to achieve high earnings.
