SEN Teacher – Inclusive School in Brent

About the role
An inclusive and forward‑thinking school in Brent is looking for an inspirational SEN Teacher to join the team from September 2026. You will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including complex autism spectrum disorder, across 1:1, small‑group and whole‑class settings.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality, inclusive teaching tailored to individual needs.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet a variety of SEN requirements.
- Monitor, assess and support pupil progress regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and the wider Trust to create a therapeutic learning environment.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and uphold safeguarding standards.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (essential).
- Experience working with pupils who have SEND.
- Strong understanding of child development and inclusive practice.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of all abilities.
- Flexible, resilient and committed to safeguarding.
