SEN Teacher – Primary School ARP (Neasden, London)

About the role
This full‑time position offers an exciting chance to join a brand‑new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) within a primary school in Neasden, Brent. You will help shape the provision from its inception, delivering high‑quality, tailored education for pupils with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils.
- Create a nurturing, structured environment that supports behaviour management and de‑escalation.
- Assess, track and report pupil progress against EHCP outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, families and mainstream teachers to promote inclusion.
- Contribute to the development and long‑term vision of the ARP as it grows.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with experience in SEN or ARP settings.
- Passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to build a new provision.
- Team‑oriented with a commitment to making a lasting impact.
Required skills
- Experience delivering tailored SEN lessons.
- Knowledge of EHCP processes and outcomes.
