Senior Accountant – Finance Operations Lead

About the role

Radiant is building AI‑native infrastructure and is expanding its finance team. The Senior Accountant will own core financial operations, including AR/AP, month‑end and year‑end close, and entity setup, ensuring accurate reporting and strong controls across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end revenue & AR and expense & AP processes, establishing robust controls and ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close, reviewing journals, accruals and management schedules.
• Oversee revenue billing and reconciliations, managing the full cycle and resolving external discrepancies.
• Prepare year‑end financial statements, supporting schedules, disclosures and technical accounting decisions.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors, coordinating deliverables and resolving technical queries.
• Lead finance workstream for new global entity setups, handling multi‑jurisdictional complexity.
• Mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and building technical capability.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls, processes and reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 4‑7 years of experience.
• Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Solid technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge, able to apply accounting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing multiple work streams.
